This website is designed to collect as little information as possible. When you select “Send my quote request,” the form sends the details you entered to a server-side mail service so they can be emailed to Becca. The text and email backup options prepare a message in your own app, and you decide whether to send it.

Information you choose to share

If you send a quote request, your message may include your requested service, ZIP code, approximate home size, general priorities, preferred days, name, and contact details. Please do not send door codes, alarm codes, key details, or other sensitive access information through the public form.

How information is used

Information you send is used to understand your cleaning request, prepare a quote, communicate with you, and arrange service if you choose to book. The form also creates a request ID and submission timestamp for reliability and duplicate prevention. It is not sold.

Online form, text, and email services

Online form submissions are processed by the website host and sent using the business mailbox provider. The site keeps short-lived technical records containing a request ID, timestamps, and a protected version of the network address to limit spam and prevent duplicate sends; it does not intentionally log the full request message. When you use a text or email backup, your own messaging provider handles that message according to its terms and privacy practices. Nothing is sent through a backup app until you choose Send there.

Website hosting

Like most websites, the hosting provider may process basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps for security and reliable operation. This site does not intentionally use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information Becca has from your direct communications, request a correction, or ask for deletion when the information is no longer needed for legitimate business or legal purposes.
